Privacy Policy

KAILA (the "Knowledgeable AI Life-insurance Auditor") is an educational tool operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use KAILA at gdifinance.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We never sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Contact details you enter: your name and email, and your phone number if you give it.
• Your document or the numbers you type in. When you upload an illustration or statement, its text (or, for a photo or scanned page, the image) is sent securely to our AI service provider to produce your report. We do not save your file.
• Policy figures and your report. We keep the policy numbers KAILA read (for example premiums, IRS limits, death benefit amounts and projected values), the report it produced, and the carrier and product name. We store these without your name, apart from your contact details.
• Details you choose to share with a specialist. If you ask to speak with an IUL specialist, any optional age, income range or net-worth range you enter.
• Technical information. A one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, used only to limit how many checkups one visitor can run per day, and a bot check from Cloudflare Turnstile.

How we use it

• To create your report.
• To improve KAILA's accuracy, using policy figures and reports that are not tied to your name.
• If you choose "Yes, I'd like to talk", to send your name, contact details, the optional details you shared, and a summary of your report to a licensed IUL specialist at Laser Financial, [our affiliated insurance agency — describe relationship], so they can contact you by phone, text or email as described at that point.

• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that run KAILA for us: Cloudflare (website hosting, database, bot check and email delivery) and our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes your document text to produce the report. Our AI provider handles this data under its commercial terms. Under those terms it does not train its models on it by default, and it may keep it for a limited time for safety and abuse monitoring. • Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

Your choices and rights

About AI

KAILA's reports are created by artificial intelligence. They are educational, can contain mistakes, and are not financial, tax, legal or insurance advice.

Security

Your document is sent over encrypted connections. Access to stored information is limited to people who need it to run and improve KAILA.

Children

KAILA is meant for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
